Mercedes McBride-Walker helps leaders apply the best thinking on key people issues to make informed workplace decisions; she has a passion for translating theory into action.  As an educator with a strong track record of practical research and an award-winning public speaker, Mercedes helps increase organizational effectiveness and personal efficacy through inquiry, analysis, and customized learning.  She also teaches Behavior in Organizations for the Fully-Employed MBA programs at Pepperdine University. Over the past twenty years, Mercedes has developed subject matter expertise in organization development, human resources, compensation, and performance management, working with brand-name organizations that include Mercer, Activision, and Panasonic.  She holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine University; her undergraduate degree is in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of Washington.
